How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@executiveheadshotpro.com with your order details and we will help you complete the refund.

Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
